Party on film

So I finally got the film roll of my Olympus Pen EE developed and the pictures turned out really interesting...

No cars. At all.

These pics were taken during the annual carless sunday about a month ago. I've already posted these ones on Facebook, but for those of you who don't use Facebook or aren't 'friends' with me (haha)...here you go!

Tunnelfest 2009 at the 'Toronto Tunnel'.

I'm so broke right now but I need to get me some more film rolls for my camera's! It's addicting.

re: The Man Who Knew Too Much...

I think they have a version of that in NYC, but it's only on one bridge. Such a cool idea though.
I hope you get some money for film soon. xo

Daniel,

love the variety of your photos.. the composition is getting more interesting and I see that you're definitely playing with proportions. i like the one with no cars! it would be nice... people are such crazy drivers nowadays.

& thanks for your incredibly kind comments! I really appreciate all of them. (& for joining my facebook page as well ) :)

Love the first shot. It looks so serene & I like the sky is so light in it.

Tunnelfest looks nuts! That's so many people!!

Oh to answer your question from my post I live 20 minutes of New York City. That's some place you could get amazing pictures. =)

These are just incredible. I would give anything (almost anything) for my Minolta to work. Sigh. Maybe one day.
Either way, have a wonderful weekend!

i think it's truly wonderful that you use this "old fashioned" camera! it's much more magical than a digital cam.
