It's yyellowbird! Check out her work on her Flickr-page. I'm trying to create those bokeh-thingy's like she does. She always has these nice bokeh-lightnings on her pictures. Recently, I did it by accident...!!!

It's all about using the 'Blend mode' in photoshop. I just found out. :P It's the best thing in photoshop.

i actually have this really old one that someone gave to me but i need to fix it first.
